  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety. STANDARD 100 certification means that environmental factors are given careful consideration at every stage of the production process and ensures that there are no harmful substances in this product.

  • Surface dust should be removed by a duster or soft cloth. Never use abrasive products or solvent/industrial-based cleaners. We do not recommend washing or dry-cleaning drapes, roman blinds or coated linings. Huge variations in fabric composition and weave construction mean shrinkage can be far greater than 3%.

  • Our standard metro delivery fee is NZD$9.99. For larger items exceeding 1950mm delivered to metro areas, the fee is NZD$79.99. Rural deliveries are charged at NZD$35 for items under 1950mm and NZD$100 for items over 1950mm.
