Do you have a measuring and installation service?
We think you’re clever enough to manage that. We have step by step guides to help too. Besides, our DIY measure and installation model is part of what makes our products so affordable.

Do I get free sample packs? How many can I order?
Yes, you can order free sample packs of your favourite curtains and/or blinds to help you choose. You can order a maximum of 10 samples in a pack.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on regular sized orders. However, this excludes rural delivery and oversized orders. You can find out more about shipping costs for these here.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship your order to you within 10 working days (although in the busier times it can be slightly longer). It takes 10 working days for manufacturing and 2-5 additional working days for freight. We’ll stay in touch via email to keep you updated about the status of your order.

Can I return my order?
Due to the customised nature of our products we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind, are unhappy with the colour choice, or the measurements supplied are incorrect. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us as soon as possible to remedy the situation.
