We aim to ship your order to you within 10 working days (although in the busier times it can be slightly longer). It takes 10 working days for manufacturing and 2-5 additional working days for freight. We’ll stay in touch via email to keep you updated about the status of your order.

Yes. We deliver New Zealand-wide, however in rural locations it may take a bit longer to reach you. To check delivery times and locations, please enter your postcode for an estimate.

Yes, you can track your order with the unique order ID, which you can find in your shipping confirmation email.

If you’ve received the wrong items (size, colour, style or quantity), you must let us know within 7 days of delivery, so that we can investigate and correct your order.

Due to the customisation of our products, we do not offer refunds/exchanges if you change your mind after receiving it, or if measurements have been incorrectly supplied to us.

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assess how to proceed with repairs or replacement.

Because our products are affordable. And that’s because you deal directly with the manufacturer - that’s us.

Yes, you can order free sample packs of your favourite curtains and/or blinds to help you choose. You can order a maximum of 10 samples in a pack.

If there’s enough depth within the window recess to fit the blind (see our measuring guide) then an inside fit is a clean and tidy solution; just be aware on very small windows this means the blind will obstruct some of the view. An outside fit (when combined with back rolling operation) is better for not letting in light or cold air as it creates a better seal over the entire window and frame.

All honeycomb blinds have a white backing on the reverse.

We have curtains and blinds that suit every need, from thermal to light controlling.

All our curtains are made to excellent standards with fabrics sourced from leading fabric mills around the world. And because you deal directly with the manufacturer (that’s us), they’re affordable too. We have fabrics for everyone – linen, cotton, recycled cotton and recycled polyester also. Our venetian blinds and roller blinds are made from PVC and wood.

For blinds, everything you need for installation will be included in your package.
For curtains, your package will contain the curtains and curtain hooks for hanging. However you’ll need to ensure that you add a track and additional double brackets to your order, if you don’t already have these.

To make sure your curtains or blinds are installed securely, we recommend screwing these into the wall surrounding the window or the window architraves.

Yes, if you cancel your order before we’ve begun manufacturing it, we’ll provide a full refund. However, if manufacturing has already begun on your order, some costs may be incurred.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll assess how to proceed with repairs or replacement.

Yes, our cushion covers are made from fabrics which are machine washable. Please refer to the care instructions inside of the cushion cover for best results.

We offer a polyester filling for our cushions.

Fixtures come with the track order. However, if you need more, you can find out exactly which ones to order, as the fixtures have the name of the track at the start.

Our fixtures aren’t adjustable for different window sizes. However, we do have a standard double bracket that can be adjusted to hang two tracks.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide our service for windows with curves or slanted angles. To make it as easy as possible for as many people as possible, we had to draw a line somewhere and at this time, it’s at regular four-sided windows.

There are many different benefits to going with readymade curtains Vs. custom curtains. Readymades are pre-made curtains that are set to a particular size. That said the quality still reflects that of our custom range.
