How are BB-Dollars calculated?
Divide the total value of products in your order (excluding shipping, discounts, insurance and other services) by your tier level earn rate. Your tier level is based on your total spend over 12 months.
For example:
- Sarah's blockout blinds cost $880
- Sarah is on tier 1 so earns $880 x .2.5% = 22 BB-Dollars (BB$22)
- Next time Sarah buys blinds, she can get BB$22 off!

How can I earn credits?
You can earn credits by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and more. Check here all the ways to earn credits.
How do I redeem my credits?
Log in to your account and your rewards will be right there ready to use, or simply apply your credits at checkout.
Is there a minimum number of credits I need before I can redeem them?
Yes! You'll need at least [X] credits to start redeeming rewards. You can check your balance any time on your Loyalty page.
Can I earn credits on sale or discounted items?
Yes! Credits are earned based on the amount you pay, so discounted purchases still count.
Can I earn credits on purchases I made before joining?
Unfortunately, credits can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.
Where can I see my credits balance?
Log in to your account and your credits balance will be right at the top of the page.
Do my credits expire?
Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity, and any earning or redemption activity resets the clock.
Do my rewards expire?
Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.
Can I use my credits alongside a discount code?
Yes! In most cases you can combine credits with other promotions, and any exceptions will be noted at checkout.
What happens to my credits if I return a purchase?
Credits earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
When do I get my birthday reward?
Your birthday reward is added to your account on your birthday, though if you enter your birthday within 1 day of the date, the reward will be issued on your next birthday instead.
I forgot to use my credits at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately not! Credits can only be applied before an order is completed.
