As part of our recycled fabric collection, Gentle is made using polyester yarn sourced from recycled plastic bottles, offering the strength and durability of polyester while helping to reduce waste — a sustainable choice without compromise on style or quality.

– Measurements: Listed in ungathered Width × Drop for accurate sizing.

For tracks over 2100 mm, 2 sheers are recommended.

– Heading: Pencil pleat for adjustable width and a graceful, tailored drape.

– Fabric: 100% Polyester – made with yarn sourced from recycled plastic bottles.

– Recycled Bottles: Approximately 15 plastic bottles are recycled per metre of fabric.

– Included: Hooks for quick and easy installation.

– Origin: Expertly made in China with consistent, high-quality standards.

– Colour Fastness: Greater than 6 Xenon Arc (ISO 105/B02, Blue Std 6) – excellent fade resistance for long-lasting vibrancy.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety. STANDARD 100 certification means that environmental factors are given careful consideration at every stage of the production process and ensures that there are no harmful substances in this product.

Surface dust should be removed by a duster or soft cloth. Never use abrasive products or solvent/industrial-based cleaners. We do not recommend washing or dry-cleaning drapes, roman blinds or coated linings. Huge variations in fabric composition and weave construction mean shrinkage can be far greater than 3%.

Delivery fees are based on where you are and the size of your item. Items longer than 1950mm attract a higher fee, and rural addresses are charged at a different rate from metro areas.

We aim to manufacture and dispatch your order within 10 working days, though this may be slightly longer during peak periods. Custom-made items (excluding Honeycomb blinds) typically arrive within 2-4 working days to most New Zealand destinations (excluding public holidays), with rural and oversized deliveries potentially taking up to 2 additional working days. Please note that Honeycomb blinds have a longer lead time and can take up to 20 working days for delivery.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of your purchase. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging in a re-saleable condition. Curtains must not have been gathered.
