Serenity hangs like a soft curtain and operates like a blind, shifting from filtered daylight to full privacy with the turn of a wand or cord. The weightless vanes part as you walk through, open or closed, which suits sliding doors and wide, busy openings. All three colourways sit at the light, soft end of the palette.

We recommend the buyer request samples of all fabrics ordered, as colour renditions on-screen can vary from the fabrics photographed.

Serenity is a soft, durable fabric made up of alternating opaque and mesh folds, a patented design that puts light control and privacy into the fabric itself. It suits homes and offices that get strong, changeable light through the day.

Delivery

Delivery fees are based on where you are and the size of your item. Items longer than 1950mm attract a higher fee, and rural addresses are charged at a different rate from metro areas.

We aim to manufacture and dispatch your order within 10 working days, though this may be slightly longer during peak periods. Custom-made items (excluding Honeycomb blinds) typically arrive within 2-4 working days to most New Zealand destinations (excluding public holidays), with rural and oversized deliveries potentially taking up to 2 additional working days. Need it faster? Opt for our Express Manufacturing service for an additional cost to prioritise your order, ensuring it's made and shipped within 3 business days.

Please note that Honeycomb blinds have a longer lead time and can take up to 20 working days for delivery.

We think you’re clever enough to manage that. We have step by step guides to help too. Besides, our DIY measure and installation model is part of what makes our products so affordable.

Do I get free sample packs? How many can I order?

Yes, you can order free sample packs of your favourite curtains and/or blinds to help you choose. You can order a maximum of 10 samples in a pack.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship your order to you within10 working days(although in the busier times it can be slightly longer). It takes 10 working days for manufacturing and 2-5 additional working days for freight. We’ll stay in touch via email to keep you updated about the status of your order.

Can I return my order?

Due to the customised nature of our products we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind, are unhappy with the colour choice, or the measurements supplied are incorrect. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us as soon as possible to remedy the situation.
