Linked blinds join two or more Thermal FR blinds on a single control, so one movement covers a span too wide for any single blind. Each blind carries the same smooth blockout face, keeping the light out and the look consistent across the full run. A practical answer for wide living areas and big runs of bedroom glass.

We recommend the buyer request samples of all fabrics ordered, as colour renditions on-screen can vary from the fabrics photographed.

Description

Thermal FR is a wide-width blockout fabric that pairs a 100% polyester face with a white or charcoal acrylic backing to stop light completely. It carries fire and indoor air quality certifications, so it suits bedrooms and media rooms at home as well as commercial spaces that require certified fabrics.

Fabric and construction

  • 100% polyester with a white or charcoal acrylic backing
  • 3200mm wide, so large windows are covered in one piece
  • 465gsm heavyweight (plus or minus 5%)
  • PVC-free and lead-free

Performance

  • Complete blockout for light control and privacy
  • Light fastness of at least 6 on the Blue Scale, so colour holds under strong sun

Certification and care

  • Tested to AS1530 Part II and III for fire safety
  • NFPA 701 certified for fire retardancy
  • GREENGUARD Gold certified for low chemical emissions

UL GREENGUARD Gold Certification means these products have undergone rigorous scientific testing to meet stringent chemical emissions requirements.

Delivery

Delivery fees are based on where you are and the size of your item. Items longer than 1950mm attract a higher fee, and rural addresses are charged at a different rate from metro areas.

We aim to manufacture and dispatch your order within 10 working days, though this may be slightly longer during peak periods. Custom-made items (excluding Honeycomb blinds) typically arrive within 2-4 working days to most New Zealand destinations (excluding public holidays), with rural and oversized deliveries potentially taking up to 2 additional working days. Need it faster? Opt for our Express Manufacturing service for an additional cost to prioritise your order, ensuring it's made and shipped within 3 business days.

Please note that Honeycomb blinds have a longer lead time and can take up to 20 working days for delivery.

Yes, you can order free sample packs of your favourite curtains and/or blinds to help you choose. You can order a maximum of 10 samples in a pack.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship your order to you within10 working days(although in the busier times it can be slightly longer). It takes 10 working days for manufacturing and 2-5 additional working days for freight. We’ll stay in touch via email to keep you updated about the status of your order.

Can I return my order?

Due to the customised nature of our products we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind, are unhappy with the colour choice, or the measurements supplied are incorrect. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us as soon as possible to remedy the situation.
